Locals Property Group is a full-service Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management Company. Any Realtor can sell you a home, any manager can manage your property but we’re more than that, we’re Locals. We founded Locals to celebrate our love for Long Beach, the people, the restaurants, the tiki shop on 4th St. We’ll tell you that Open Sesame has the best spicy hummus you’ve ever tasted and that the breakfast rice at The Attic is the only way to start a long weekend. We know that Griffen sells delicious sustainably caught seafood at the Marina Farmers Market but you have to get there before 11am or he’ll run out. We know this because we live here, this is where we’re raising our families and spending time with our best friends. Long Beach is our home in every sense of the word and we want to make it your home too.
